The Process: Quality Takes Time At Maison Malka, we don’t believe in mass-produced noise. To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, our pieces are produced specifically for you. This "made-to-order" approach means your gear spends a little more time in the workshop before it hits the track.
Production & Handling Time Every order undergoes a production phase of 3–7 business days. During this time, your items are being crafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping & Transit Times Once your order has cleared production and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

International: 10–20 business days
Total Estimated Delivery From the moment you place your order, please allow 1–2 weeks for your delivery to arrive at your door. We appreciate your patience in choosing quality over speed.
Tracking Your Journey You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has officially shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Customs & Duties Maison Malka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
